Craft Vendor Booth Fee: $50.00 Booth Size: 10’ x 12’

Food & Nursery Vendor Fee: 15% Sales due at end of show

All crafts should be original to the exhibitor. Any commercially made embellishments must be subordinate to the handcrafted work. No flea market or buy to resale items will be accepted.

Send two close-up photographs (no larger than 4x6) of work to be exhibited. Please put your name on the back of your pictures. Your pictures will be returned the day of the show.

Participants are responsible for any equipment (tables, easels, etc.) needed in their exhibit and are responsible for manning their booths and keeping displays open all hours of the show. Athens Bible School is a smoke-free facility.

NOTICE CHANGE: Set up times will be on Friday morning from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Hours of the show are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Each craftsman will be responsible for collecting and mailing sales tax (2% city, 2% county and 4% state, 8% total). Tax forms will be provided.

Release of Liability: I/We, the undersigned do hereby waive and release any and all claims against the sponsors/school from any and all damages, loss or cost to person or property resulting either directly or indirectly from the use of said premises and/or from the exercise of the privileges granted by this permit and shall hold harmless the sponsors from any and all claims resulting therefore. I/We also agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the “Homespun” Committee.

I/We understand that crafts are to be handmade, not commercially purchased for resale. I/We also understand that I will be asked to leave if my sales items do not conform to these regulations.
