Congratulations to Rachel Chastain, DAR Good Citizen

Rachel is the daughter of Norm and Linda Chastain. She is active in the Spanish Club, History Club, Beta Club and listed in Who's Who Among American High School Students. Rachel also enjoys playing soccer. She volunteers for Athens Learn to Read program.
